License/Certifications Required:

Maintain CPR/AED, First-Aid, and Blood Borne Pathogens Instructor Certifications in order to serve as an instructor for UREC.

Preferred Qualifications:

Seven (7) or more years of administrative/coordinative professional level experience working in a leadership capacity in Campus Recreation with an emphasis on staff development and supervision, fiscal management, risk management, and program implementation. Two (2) years as a Graduate Assistant equals one (1) year of work experience.
Experience with program areas of Fitness and Wellness, Outdoor Programs, or Sports Programs.
Experience with Innosoft Fusion, Connect2Concepts, When To Work software.
Experience with communication/marketing platforms, tools, and resources.
Experience with assessment within a campus recreation setting.

Type of Position: Full Time Position

Work Schedule/Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00-5:00pm, some nights/weekends; Ability to be on call, work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays flexibly, with regular weekday office hours.
