Patient Access Manager Patient Engagement
Job Duties: The Patient Engagement Access Manager position is a key leadership position within the Department of Pediatrics. This position leads two specialized and integrated teams [Patient Call Center and Referral Management Team] which collaborate closely with each other, have expert payor related knowledge, superb customer service skills, and are expert system users.
