Maintenance Mechanic-Contributing
Job Duties: Position is for entry-level HVAC trade work on the Main Campus. Responsibilities of this position include performance of a variety of skilled tasks in the HVAC trade. Work will be performed independently under the supervision of an HVAC supervisor and will be evaluated through effective and efficient equipment maintenance and operation. The employee will work individually or with other HVAC Mechanics or Technicians to perform preventive maintenance and other repairs on HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, heating systems, and ventilation systems and to change filter medium in campus-wide air handlers.
