Director, Physical Plant
Job Description Summary: This position is responsible for physical plant operations at all GTCC facilities, including, but not limited to, the Jamestown, Greensboro, High Point, Aviation Center and Cameron Campuses. The Director of Physical Plant plans, directs, and supervises general maintenance, custodial services, HVAC, electrical, grounds and motor vehicle functions and personnel for college operations. In addition, this position will assist in the management construction, renovation and maintenance projects for the college whose value is typically less than $500,000 in total cost.
